Setaria macrochaeta
Rather a short variety with decorative, woolly, brown-green spikes.
The variety is also known in Germany as foxtail millet, foxtail millet or bird millet and reaches a height of approx. 70 cm. The fast-growing plants can be used for bouquets of cut flowers all summer long and also look good in perennial beds. In autumn, the grains serve as food for many birds.
